On Friday, June 1st, I presented at the Arizona Women in Higher Education Conference in Flagstaff, Arizona. The workshop was titled, “Rebuilding Trust after Transition.” The source of the material is David Horsager’s The Trust Edge: How Top Leaders Gain Faster Results, Deeper Relationships, and a Stronger Bottom Line.
I am using the concepts in this book to help me work with student leaders. I am a new staff member at the college and came in to the position after the students experienced a lot of transition. Rebuilding their trust in the student engagement programs was out #1 challenge.
